Day 36 (-2) Back on the Wagon
Hello Everybody!
Time to get back on the saddle, ride 'em up, move 'em out! The diet is back on! It feels good, too. I admit this weekend was very satisfying, and too I think it will rev up our metabolisms.

Other notes of interest:
- Non-Fat Fetta Cheese - 30 calories for 1 ounce (pleanty) and good flavor!
- Continetal Cleaners (my dry cleaners) - $1.50/item with the Temecula Smart Card!
- I found Vons Brand Cereal Bars (equal to Nutri Grain Cereal Bars) for 1/2 the price and 10 less caloires than Nutri Grain.

Great Blog! Yes we had a good time too, thank you both so much for joining us, you really made the trip fun. Sorry to Mike for the "No Pizza" cheat weekend...we tried to get it...next time for sure. 4th of July weekend is the next cheat...we'll be sure to include pizza then.
